Questions we get asked

If yours isn't here, ask it on a free call — we'd rather answer it properly than leave you guessing.

We're only a small team. Are we too small for this?

Almost certainly not. Small teams often see the biggest difference, because one person's admin day is a much larger share of total capacity. If AI genuinely won't pay for itself in your business, we'll tell you on the first call rather than sell you something.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

No. We work with what you already have — your CRM, accounting package, inboxes, shared drives and spreadsheets. Ripping systems out is expensive and rarely necessary.

What about our data and UK GDPR?

We start by agreeing what data may be used and where it may go. We favour tools with business terms that don't train on your data, keep personal data out of prompts wherever possible, and document the lawful basis and retention rules alongside anything we build. We're consultants, not solicitors — for regulated or high-risk processing we'll say so and work with your legal advisers.

Will this put my staff out of a job?

That's not what we're here for, and it's rarely what happens. The realistic outcome is that the same team stops spending evenings on admin and gets time back for customers and the work that actually needs a human. We're upfront with your team about that from day one — buy-in matters more than technology.

How quickly will we see something working?

An audit takes one to two weeks. A first pilot is typically live within three to six weeks of kick-off. We deliberately keep the first build small so you can judge it on results rather than promises.

What does it cost to run afterwards?

AI tools charge per use, so running costs depend on volume. We estimate them during the audit, build in cost monitoring from day one, and tell you when a cheaper approach would do the same job. Licences stay in your own accounts at cost — we don't mark them up.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It will, occasionally — that's why anything customer-facing gets a human approval step until you're confident, and anything involving numbers gets confidence thresholds that route uncertain cases to a person. We design for being wrong rather than pretending it won't happen.

Are we locked in to you?

No. You own the accounts, the data, the configuration and the documentation. We write things down so you can run them without us. Repeat work should be because you want more, not because you can't leave.

Which industries do you work with?

Professional services, trades and construction, e-commerce and retail, manufacturing, property, and recruitment — anywhere with paperwork, quoting, or a busy inbox. The underlying problems are more similar than people expect.

Do you work on site or remotely?

Both. Day-to-day build work is remote; discovery workshops and training tend to go better in a room, so we travel for those anywhere in the UK.
